WEALTH: Women in Health is a community and event series designed to connect, empower, and celebrate women in the health ecosystem – spanning biotech, health tech, beauty, research, and venture capital.
We partnered with the WEALTH team to create a premium brand identity that feels as intelligent and inclusive as the women it represents. The vision was clear: build a space where mentorship meets innovation, and where leadership is redefined through collaboration.
From the outset, our goal was to design a brand that balances the rigor of science with the spirit of women’s empowerment – delivering a strategic and visual identity that feels modern, bold, and deeply human.

We grounded the brand in values of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation, reframing “wealth” from a financial metric to a shared resource of insight, belonging, and impact.
The brand needed to appeal to scientists, founders, investors, and industry leaders – while maintaining warmth and inclusivity. Our strategy connected the dots between the analytical world of health and biotech and the emotional intelligence of women’s communities.
The identity system is layered, elegant, and versatile – reflecting both the complexity of the health sector and the interpersonal strength of the community.
Logo Design: Clean, organic forms signal unity and growth – visually capturing connection across disciplines.
Typography: A confident serif and modern sans-serif pair to strike balance between credibility and approachability.
Color Palette: Rich purples, warm neutrals, and vibrant accents to convey leadership, energy, and diversity.
Graphic System: Modular and adaptable – ideal for use across digital, print, and event materials.
We developed a moodboard and content strategy to guide the brand’s digital storytelling ensuring consistency across platforms and campaigns.

WEALTH launched with a distinct, high-impact brand identity that immediately resonated with its core audience. The community has grown quickly—drawing professionals and pioneers from across biotech, health tech, venture capital, and beyond.
The brand now serves as a trusted space where women connect, share, and grow – proving that when designed with intention, identity can become infrastructure for impact.
